茶わん坂 (Chawan-zaka)

A cool signboard.

The cute Japanese stuff.

Actually, there are many beautiful shops on the slope.

So Japanesque.

茶わん坂(Chawan-zaka) is the name of the slope.
The way leading to Kiyomizu-dera.
Since Chawan-zaka was the town where many potters competed for work once upon a time, the name was given.

Then, there are still many pottery and shops.

You might feel old Kyoto there.

You wanna ride a pulled rickshaw?

Arrived at Kiyomizu-dera.

A long long stairs!
You need to exercise before Kiyomizu-dera......
