Tokyo French @ LA TOUR

You know, Japan is one of the most delicious country in the world.
Actually, it's true not only authentic Japanese but also other cuisines.
Last Saturday, we went to LA TOUR in Ginza.
Executive chef Tadaaki Shimizu, who walked way of orthodox French dish for long 12 years in the 400-year-old Paris La Tour D’argent and Tokyo La Tour D’argent, offers authentic french dish.

Amuse is so beautiful!
The dish is also beautiful.

The bread is made from only milk instead of water.
So gentle taste♪

The other breads are also wonderful.
Epi has yummy bacon.
Fig, corn, olive are also delicious!

Entrée is La coupe du millefeuille de la rillettes de saumon fumé avec de l'escalope.
The bite feeling of each ingredient is so pleasant.

Granité is grapefruit sorbet.
Your mouth feels comfortable for the refreshment.

Viande is Le rôti de Platine porc et La saveur d'échalote condiment.
The grilled pork is so delicious!

Un assortiment d'un dessert is really gorgeous!
So beautiful, so delicious!

Café.

Baked confectioneries, again!

I especially love the strawberry rusk.
Then, I got some breads and rusks to my home.
The happy lunch had finished.
The cuisine is so delicious, the atmosphere is graceful.
Especially, the staffs are really kind.
You will have an unforgettable memory there......
