厲家菜 (Family LI Imperial Cuisine)

"厲家菜(Family LI Imperial Cuisine)" is a famous restaurant known only to insiders.
The epicure and VIP in the world specially visit the restaurant.

"厲家菜" means it as 'the dish of a Li family'.
The ancestor of the Li family was a senior bureaucrat of the Qing Dynasty, he was also a person in charge who manages the everyday meal (家常菜) of Empress Dowager Cixi who was very famous also as an epicure.
You can relish much dishes which Empress Dowager Cixi loved with the much-treasured recipe which only the Li family inherited from the ancestor manages.

The Beijing head restaurant carried out renewal opening on June 6, this year.

We ordered Chinese beers at first.

The small plates are arranged after a while.
These are the cold dishes which come out as an appetizer in Chinese cuisine.

Fried Eggplant with Soya Sauce.

焌油鳜鱼
Fried Mandarin Fish Sautéed with Soya Oil.

浇汁鳜鱼
Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish.

焼北京鴨
Baked Beijing Duck.

Soup of a wax gourd is a gentle taste.

Jujube.

Watermelon.

Actually, all dishes are so delicious!
I strongly recommend it.

There are also some small rooms.
It is suitable for a special meal with a precious someone.
