It's the superb paper-wrapped chicken!
The chicken, which soaked in sauce which used
Shaoxing wine and oyster sauce as the base, is wrapped in paper and roasted.
Since paper closes the taste of meat, a chicken will be soft and meat juices overflow inside it.
Can you imagine the wonderful taste?
It can be delicious again, applying the sauce in a paper to the steam rice!
The restaurant was founded in 1963 by their founder, Mr. Wong Ling Onn and co-founder Madam Chan Ah Chee.
It is introduced in a lot of the media all over the world.
Though the restaurant didn't have an air-conditioner when I first came, now, the restaurant changed to more comfortable place.
