The good start of a good omen

The airplane was CX509.

Luckily, our flight to Hong Kong was up grade to the business class!
Then, turn to the left.

Welcome bubble, at first.
It is the signature drink of CX-Pacific Sunrise-.

The menu and wine list no longer is seen in the economy class these days.

Next my choice was the other signature drink of CX-Cathay Delight-, though it was non-alcoholic drink.

The tableware aren't melamine-resin, of course.

Seasonal salad with rice wine vinaigrette.

Green tea soba with mixed mushrooms.

Snow crab with cucumber timbale, prawn, salmon roe and sun-dried tomato mayonnaise.

You can choose your favorite one from some breads.

His choice of Main Course was Grilled beef tenderloin with demi-balsamic sauce, new potatoes, turnips, asparagus and carrots.

My choice of Main Course was Grilled red snapper with saikyo miso sauce, steamed jasmine rice with yukari and seasonal vegetables.

The carrot which is cut into a plum flower is cute♪
It is a reminiscence of Japanese bento box.

The salt and the pepper seem to be pebbles.

Cheese selection.
The flight attendant cut your favorite one.

Fresh seasonal fruit.

I had been already full.

However, you know, the dessert is always another stomach.
I love Häagen-Dazs♪

A grain of chocolate♪

The foot space is wide.

Warm and comfortable.

I have fallen asleep soon cause I'd been staying up all night last night.

It was the beginning of a happy holiday season.
