Espace Bernadette @ Nevers

Here is the holy place of the Catholic "Espace Bernadette."

Saint Marie-Bernarde Soubirous, who was born in Lourdes and was leading the poor life, is the person said to have experienced the miracle in which Virgin Mary appeared at hand when she went out for gathering firewood.
This is the beginning of the spring water of the miracle from the grotto in Lourdes.
Since the apparitions, Lourdes has become one of the world's leading Catholic Marian shrines and the number of visitors grows each year.

There is "Grott of a monastery" built in exactly the same way as Lourdes.

There are a lot of candles.

There is a statue of Saint Marie-Bernarde Soubirous in the courtyard.

This is the shrine in which the coffin of Saint Marie-Bernarde Soubirous is laid in state.

You can't take any photo inside the shrine because it's a very spiritual place.

Then, I put these photos of postcards instead of the photo.
Hopefully, you can feel the image.
Actually, she looked still alive.
However, she didn't moved a bit, although I'd just sat at the front of her over a half hour.
