This 杭州奎元館 is a famous noodle restaurant in Hangzhou.

We ordered the special dishes of the restaurant and Hangzhou region.

This is "片児川".

The topping are pickled mustard, bamboo shoots and pork.

It has already had the history in this area for 100 years or more as a daily food.
The simple taste.

This is very famous "虾爆鳝面".

There are eels and small shrimps.

I had never eaten the noodle with the eel.
