Kakigōri is symbolic of "HOT" summer of Japan.We went to the Japanese tea shop, which established 1970.
Shimokita-chaen @ Shimokitazawa provides us the special Kakigōri made with the excellent Japanese tea.
It is a shop which has the excellent brothers, who have the qualification of tenth grade(dan) in Chashi(= special tea master).
Actually, we have only five Chashi in all Japan.
I ordered Hojicha Kakigōri.
He ordered Matcha Kakigōri.Naturally, the tea taste is really delicious.
Moreover, the ice is so excellent.
The bite feeling is like snow.
The inside in a narrow shop is always full of the customer.
