This is the cheapest Michelin restaurant in the world.

The restaurant is in Mong Kok.

A long long line, every day.
The very long line continues all day long.

We still have 30 minutes or more to the opening time.

We are checking the dim sum sheet while we are waiting.

Finally, the time came!
The small restaurant where the capacity of the customer is about 30 is full of the expectation.

The table setting are homely though it is a Michelin restaurant（The 2010 Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau １ Star Restaurant）.

Payment is a prepayment.

Delicious dim sums are made in small inner kitchen.

At first, 臘味蘿蔔糕.

It is so soft!

It melts in the mouth!

This is 酥皮焗叉燒包.

I lost my words, because it was too delicious.

潮州蒸粉果

The taste was so fresh!

The dim sum includes nuts and arrowhead, maybe.

It was my first time to have such a bite feeling.

The basic dish was also kept the best quality.

杞子桂花糕

The dessert was so beautiful!

We were satisfied of all dishes.

The total was only 103 dollars though we ate a lot.

Amazing!

I wonder it may be too cheap for such a delicious dim sum.

If you don't mind to be on a line, I really recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the staffs don't understand English, just point out this Chinese menu parts of my blog for your order.

The long line had still continued there when we went out of the restaurant with satisfaction.
