Dinner @ Fuki Sushi

We went to Fuki Sushi @ Palo Alto for dinner.
This restaurant is a famous restaurant that Japanese Company in Silicon Valley uses for entertainment well.
I had never come here though my husband used the restaurant on business several times before.

The interior looks very Japanese.

You might remember the world of Ozu movies.

Appetizer

Yakitori -tare (Grilled chicken teriyaki skewers)

Yakitori-shio (Grilled chicken salt skewers)

Ebi Almond Age (Almond covered shrimp served with dipping sauce)

House Salad ( Mixed greens with our sesame dressing)

Gindara Kasuzuke (Cod marinated in sake paste, then broiled)

Spicy Agedashi Tofu (our house recipe : lightly fried tofu doused in spicy garlic sauce)

Our friend doesn't eat raw fish.
Then our choice for her are as follow.
Oshi Sushi-Unagi (Pressed box sushi-eel)

Nameko Akadashi (Traditional dark soy bean soup, saltier in flavor than shiromiso with nameko mashroom)

You feel comfortable in the private room.
I recommend you have a reservation for the room.
