Beer @ Gordon Biersch Restaurant Brewery

We went to Gordon Biersch Restaurant Brewery for beer @ Palo Alto with South Korean married couple.
Though we were going to watch the ballgame in the stadium originally, we changed to the beer in this sports bar because it was unfortunately a heavy rain.
I enjoyed shopping with her almost two week ago.
Her husbands also joined on that night after his work.
He got the Master's degree in Stanford University last year, and he is now working in the South Korean company in Silicon Valley.
I am proud of the friend who got the job in the United States of such a terrible recession even though he is a foreigner.

Let's give a toast to our reunion.
Cheers!

Our conversation ran high as the night grew old.
Especially, the topic of his military service life was very interesting to me of Japanese.
It was the first time for me to hear directly about the military service life in South Korean.
It was different at all from my imagination.
He was assigned to the U.S. military at that time.
His military service life looked like a regular businessman.
He had his own room with shower and toilet.
He was able to choose a favorite menu for three meals in the cafeteria of the American style.
He had spent almost a whole day by the deskwork.
If he worked too hard, the boss who was gentle American guy said to him he must finish his work on time.
Um......
My image was almost destroyed.
He said he had been actually lucky.
However, he said that his current life was positively better than that.
Now, he can work for himself and his wife.
He can live his own life.
Actually, it is true.
It was a night when I had been made to think variously.
