RAISIN WICH @ OGAWAKEN Patisserie

The shop is in the town of Shinbashi in the next in Ginza.
It is a shop of the French cake which only a delicious connoisseur knows.
When I was a child, I was looking forward to having the RAISIN WICH which my father bought on the way home after his work.
For me, the RAISIN WICH of this shop is connected with a happy memory in my childhood.
Is this, so-called, "Un petit madeleine"?

It is externals of the shop.
The small shop full of delicious cakes.

It is a simple package of a yellow label in a white box that doesn't change for a long time.

This is my favorite RAISIN WICH.
There are a raisin and fresh cream between cookies.
The raisin is moderately immersed in Western liquor and the fresh cream is specially-made cream near whipped cream.
It is really delicious!
