Loved Pork chop bun

A lot of restaurants to which it should go are in Hong Kong and I am embarrassed.
Because time is always insufficient.
After an in-town check-in, I returned to the town again.
Because I felt little hungry, I went to a familiar table d'hote restaurant.
蘭芳園(Lan Fong Yuen) is a table d'hote restaurant with the history for 50 years or more.
Though it was only a stand at first, the restaurant is added behind the stand now.
The inside is wider than the imagination when entering a small entrance next to the stand.

Typical menu of this restaurant, "Pork chop bun" and "Tea with milk".
This is exactly Hong Kong commoner's taste.

This tea with milk of catchphrase "It is as smooth as stockings", the secret of smoothness uses not milk but the condensed milk, and it is strained by the blanket made of wool.

There are such a lot of thinly sliced lemons in the tea with lemon.

Pork chop bun,this is really delicious.

When you quietly turn the bun, the inside is such feeling.
Does it look delicious, doesn't it?
I want to go to Hong Kong soon only to eat this Pork chop bun.
