This shop is an established business house of 80 years or more.It is known by a handmade seasoning that doesn't use preservative and the coloring matter at all.
It is said that there are a lot of cooks who visit this shop to buy the commodity from foreign countries, too for the valuable taste.
The soy sauce of this shop is also used by famous reataurant "Luk Yu Tea House" of dim sum.
It is really delicious.
