The Japanese is a fish lover.

The Japanese loves fish.
We often cook the fish also at home.
It is not only a sushi.

    Certainly, there is an epicure anywhere about all over the world. I think that the inquiring mind to their unknown tastes is wonderful.
    Yep, this is very delicious.
    The base is a soy sauce, sesame seeds, and a just a little mayonnaise in the secret ingredient.
    Yummy!
