Japanese hospitality

As you know, the Japanese is the very polite people.
Sincerity in the shop is exactly so.
When I bought books in the bookstore on the rainy day, the vinyl cover was applied to the shopping bag.
Certainly, this might be far apart from ecology.
However, it is welcome to bring them to home without wetting precious books found at last.

In general, it is said, "The customer is a god" for a long time in Japan. This is a basic spirit of the business of the merchant.

  3. Hi from Singapore...

I too had the same experience with Uniqlo, New York, during winter season...all snow and rain!

I guess the Japanese excellent customer service mentality is international...not only in Japan itself.

  4. Did you go to UNIQLO in New York?
I also went there in the winter three years ago.
The shop was at the center of the SOHO district. As a Japanese, there was the one with quite deep deep emotion about it.On the other hand,it was so interesting that there was a thin board to fold according to the standard as for T-shirt it to exhibit the commodity in the shelf beautifully.

Fashion designer Jil Sander joins UNIQLO as creative director from this year.
The supervision commodity that is scheduled to be developed in autumn is the enjoyment now.

By the way, have you already checked the branch in Singapore?
