However, we can't buy 干貝素 in Japan.
You know, I like these kinds of shopping.
干貝素 is a seasoning of the drying up shellfish flavor to which good of the dry adductor muscle of shellfish selected carefully is condensed.
I will be able to make delicious soup by using it.

It's is very wonderful.
