May, 7th ; Breakfast @ Il Fornaio

I went to Il Fornaio for the breakfast with an American friend.
I always remember Harry Potter of the movie when I met her.
She came to see me from Pacifica in such an early morning because of my tight schedule.
Thank you so much!

At first, we toasted to our reunion with a lemonade.

We both selected "Tosto Francese".

The French toast is very soft and yummy with mascarpone cheese and pure New England maple syrup.

The sweet menu fitted our girls talk.

So delicious!
I love this Italian restaurant though I usually come here for lunch or dinner.

However, the breakfast menu is also excellent.

It is awesome above all to be able to eat a delicious breakfast from seven o'clock in the early morning.

I saw a lot of locals who stopped at this restaurant for breakfast on the way to jogging.

THE CAFÉ AT FILOLI

We had lunch at CAFÉ AT FILOLI.

The cafe is a cafeteria style, and you can choose the favorite one.

There was such cute cookies because Mother's Day was near.

I bought "Wild Flower Honey".

We had a great time with yummy quiche.

And, the most delicious dish was a comfortable conversation with precious friends.

Blue Bottle Coffee @ Ferry Building

It is the popular coffee shop "Blue Bottle Coffee" among connoisseurs of coffee.
This popular coffee shop whose head store is in Oakland has a branch in the Ferry Building Marketplace now though it was possible to drink only in Farmer's Market around here before.

There are people who buy a favorite coffee bean.

It seems you don't need to be on a long line in weekdays.

It is also a good place to take a break after shopping.

Lunch @ The Slanted Door

"The Slanted Door" is a very popular Vietnamese restaurant where the interior is glassed in.
Luckily, we got the wonderful seat beside the window.
We can see San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge from the big window where it faced the sea.
There extended a very agreeable space.
