There's no place like home.

Thank you very much for reading the travel sketch of Hong Kong that has become long besides the expectation.
The story of Hong Kong has ended by this.
I will spell my daily life in Japan from tomorrow again.

This juice is very delicious.

Mango Smoothies that I bought by supermarket "Wellcome".
This is really delicious.
It is good in hot summer in Hong Kong.
The flesh of mango and pomelo enter neatly, the texture of the tapioca is also happy.
It is a special product to which "Super Star Seafood Restaurant" in a famous chain restaurant of the seafood dinner did produce.
Let's immediately buy it when finding it because it is often sold out.

The lunch box is energies in the afternoon.

鏞記酒家(Yung Kee Restaurant) in Central is very famous in the roasted goose.
As understood from this splendid restaurant facade, this restaurant is an long-established canonical restaurant that heads of state in the world also visit.
One star has been acquired in the Michelin guide.

Because there was no time to eat in this restaurant at all this time, I decided to buy the lunch box at least.

I obtained famous delicious "Preserved Egg(=Century egg)" without forgetting.

It is a beautiful, deep golden brown.
The yolk is very soft and is mellow.
It is also delicious of the seasoning of the sweetness of bright red ginger of the attachment.

Loved Pork chop bun

A lot of restaurants to which it should go are in Hong Kong and I am embarrassed.
Because time is always insufficient.
After an in-town check-in, I returned to the town again.
Because I felt little hungry, I went to a familiar table d'hote restaurant.
蘭芳園(Lan Fong Yuen) is a table d'hote restaurant with the history for 50 years or more.
Though it was only a stand at first, the restaurant is added behind the stand now.
The inside is wider than the imagination when entering a small entrance next to the stand.

Typical menu of this restaurant, "Pork chop bun" and "Tea with milk".
This is exactly Hong Kong commoner's taste.

This tea with milk of catchphrase "It is as smooth as stockings", the secret of smoothness uses not milk but the condensed milk, and it is strained by the blanket made of wool.

There are such a lot of thinly sliced lemons in the tea with lemon.

Pork chop bun,this is really delicious.

When you quietly turn the bun, the inside is such feeling.
Does it look delicious, doesn't it?
I want to go to Hong Kong soon only to eat this Pork chop bun.

In-town Check-in Service


Facilities that are called an in-town check-in are set up at Hong Kong Station and the Kowloon station, and the boarding (check-in) and the trust luggage to the aircraft can be entrusted if it is up to ago of boarding of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I think that it is a quite convenient, good system.
