Special soy sauce

There are many slender and narrow alleys that are called an open air market in Hong Kong, where various ingredients for cooking are sold.
Graham Street is one of such the alleys.

九龍醬園 Kowloon Soy Co. Ltd @ Central is at the right of the small alley.

This yellow signboard is a shop sign.

The inside of a store is such feeling.

A lot of seasonings have queued up densely in the narrow store.

This shop is an established business house of 80 years or more.
It is known by a handmade seasoning that doesn't use preservative and the coloring matter at all.
It is said that there are a lot of cooks who visit this shop to buy the commodity from foreign countries, too for the valuable taste.
The soy sauce of this shop is also used by famous reataurant "Luk Yu Tea House" of dim sum.

It is really delicious.

Some seasonings were bought for me and for my mother this time.
My mother who really likes to cook is the best chef in the world for me, like your mother is similar for you.

Delicious chocolates, the cookies, and tea, etc. at an original hotel can be bought in THE PENINSULA BOUTIQUE in the basement arcade at THE PENINSULA HONG KONG.
The mango pudding for the take-home is also very delicious though it is sold out at once.

The chocolates which melt due to the heat pass this time.

XO CHILLI SAUCE of SPRING MOON @ THE PENINSULA HONG KONG

THE PENINSULA HONG KONG is a landmark of Kowloon.

The Lobby of the Peninsula serves traditional English-style Afternoon Tea, reminiscent of Hong Kong's colonial era.

It is really famous.

You go up the graceful stairs, and walk on a gorgeous passage.

SPRING MOON is the prestige restaurant of Cantonese.
This restaurant is my mother's favorite.

I came to this restaurant to buy the XO CHILLI SAUCE for beloved mother this time.

Though the XO CHILLI SAUCE of this restaurant can be bought of course even in THE PENINSULA BOUTIQUE in the basement arcade, however, the freshness is different.

Ta-da!

QUEEN'S by which I stop without fail in Hong Kong.

Cookies and nougat in this shop are very delicious.
When I bring them as a souvenir, everyone is always pleased.

The inside in the shop is fashionable atmosphere of the Western Europe style.

A lot of breads and the daily dishes bread line up on the shelves.

The wrapping paper of the nougat is so cute.

(To my regret, there is no good photograph of them.)

The illustration of queen tiara is drawn in the wrapping paper.

The leg goes out to the logo of the shape of the tiara for a moment, and Q of Queen 's is shown.

The taste is elegant, and the kind such as coffee with the almond is abundant.

And, they are different the color of wrapping paper in each flavor.

Here is a local popular sandwiches shop that the procession can always do.

Because this shop is a take-home specialty,first of all,you order here.

Cakes and cookies that seems delicious are there too.

The narrow inside of a store turns into a beehive of activity.
All salesclerks are so kind.

Look, the inside in the shop seems a complete mood of such a local.

I challenged to order with Cantonese.

When my order was understood by a salesclerk, I was glad.

Though it was considerably faltering...

We dropped by 晶晶甜品(Ching Ching Dessert) close to the hotel where we stayed.

The menu is comprehensible with the photograph.

All desserts of this shop are very delicious to be moved deeply.
