After seeing the Ice Sculpture World Congress, we needed to eat something hot.
Well, it was Ramen cause we were in Hokkaido.

"Aoba" is a pioneer of Asahikawa ramen.
This is his Shōyu("soy sauce") ramen.

My Shio ("salt") ramen.

The thick Char siu made us so happy!
