The head store of 鼎泰豐 (Din tai Fung)

Today is the day that we change a hotel to the other district.
Then, we tried the head store of 鼎泰豐(Din tai Fung) before the departure.
Actually, we tried it some times cause it's very close to our hotel.
However, we couldn't cause it was too popular.
Then, we went there before the opening hours.
Luckily, they opened the restaurant a bit earlier.

The directions for how to eat Xiaolongbao.
Surprisingly, there were French and Korean this time.
It was only English, Japanese and Chinese before.

There were some spare seats cause it was still before the opening hours.

Last time, we did TO GO at 太平洋SOGO 復興館.
It was so delicious, of course.
However, the fresh-steamed one was more delicious!

The cute one has red bean paste inside.

The fully paste made me so happy.
Actually, we were very satisfied though we had already eaten breakfast in the hotel.

The paper under the bun was a round.
It's so interesting, cause we usually see a square in Japan.

The restaurant had been already crowded when we finished eating.

The excellent chefs.
