We had a dinner at 京鼎樓(Jingdinglou).
This is the restaurant produced by 陳 3 brothers who had gotten training in the super-prestige restaurant "鼎泰豊(Din tai Fung)" of dim sum.
小籠包(Xiaolongbao)

烏龍茶小籠包(Oolong Xiaolongbao).
The green color is so beautiful.
You smell tea.
It is a original menu of 京鼎樓.
炒豆苗 is soft a bite feelilg.
元盅土雞湯 is chicken soup.
It is the soup which has boiled chicken well for a long time at least 7 or 8 hours.
The noodle is served separately.
