京兆尹 King Join is a restaurant of the Beijing maigre dishes and the court confectionery that had been bequeathed by the court's confectioneries craftsmen of the Qing Dynasty.
You can also enjoy now thoroughly the dish which only the emperor was able to eat before.
Going into inside of the restaurant, it is the luxury which makes the court of the Qing Dynasty cost consider.

It's 京味八寶茶.
Tea with the sufficient scent containing a boxthorn, jujube, a chrysanthemum, a rose, etc.
It's good for your health.
This is 御膳美點.
The left sweets is 驢打滾.
The sweets representing Beijing of the meaning that a donkey lies down.
The right one is 山楂糕.
It's Yōkan of hawthorn.
The yellow one is 碗豆黃.
It mashed and made "snow peas".
Wow!
鮮果奶酪.
The cold sweets were carried with the smoke of dry ice.
口磨豆腐腦.
The soup is so nice.
Shiitake mushroom or enokitake match tofu.
Beautiful!
The green one is 健康翡翠包.
Bun of paste of green vegetables and sesame.
The other is 八寶窩頭.
Steamed bread containing nuts.
You can buy yummy sweets for enjoying at home.
