The tour @ Steiff Museum

This is the sewing room of Margarete Steiff.

The tour starts from this room.
Because of an early morning in a weekday, the tour was only us.

All began from this small elephant made of felt.

He is BEAR55PB as a guide.
Surprisingly, he could speak even Japanese!

"55PB" was made as the prototype of a teddy bear.
The product feature was enciphered as "55PB."
"55PB" means the height sitting down is 55CM, P(Plush), and B(Beweglich = Movable ).
I have BEAR29PB of a replica.
Well, his height sitting down is 29CM.

After explanation finishes, he gradually retreated from us.

Looking up, there was...

Thanks, Mr.BEAR55PB!

Now, we were in another room.

The next guide was the little bear and the little girl.
A long time ago, they sent 3000 teddy bear to the United States.
Whether the ship ran on a rock or not......
Anyway, they didn't arrive in US, unfortunately...
Then, a little teddy bear and a little girl travel around the world to look for friends with you.

At the deep bottom of the sea.
A giraffe is also looking for them.

Every stuffed animal is Steiff.

Um?
TEDDYTANIC!?

These footprints were...

Look into...

Parent and child of a polar bear.

There are also penguins.

The expedition party?

Ursa Minor?

Finally, they found the friends!

In NY.

In London.

In Paris.

Wow!
In Japan, also.

Now, Steiff teddy bear are in around the world!

In Route 66 in US.

Teddy bear in the water lily garden in Giverny?

Wiener Sängerknaben?

Sail with his lovely friends.

Hookah in Turkey?

The tour was very well done!
So exciting!!!
