Blue Mansion @ Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion

Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion is an old residence which stands in Georgetown.
This is the historic edifice restored by the heritage project.

Since the outer wall is painted by vivid blue, it has the another name of "Blue Mansion".

It is well known also for having become a location site of famous movies "Indochine" and "Anna and the King".

Every site is very beautiful!
You might feel yourself like a character in a movie.

In 2000, the Cheong Fatt Tze mansion received the inaugural Unesco Asia-Pacific Heritage Conservation Award, selected as the ‘Most Excellent Project’ in the Asia Pacific Rim.

Now, it opens to the public with English guide tour of 3 times per day, and also manages some buildings as B&B.
Though it is very difficult to get a reservation, cause the B&B is very very popular.
