We came to Top Hat Restaurants for the last lunch in Kuala Lumpur.

It looks unique to be served coffees before dishes.
This is the signature of "Top Hat" which packed the vegetables of mincement into the crunchy skin.
The cute form as if a hat is turned is the Malaysian special dish which has the restaurant's name.
You can enjoy it like a snack as an appetizer.

The restaurant are very wide.
Chinese ladies had a private party in another room on the day.
The decorations were so elegant.
It was just the Christmas season.
