Reunion after an interval of four years

I went to Chiba's south to meet my old friends at the end of last week.
Originally, we met the Italian class in Tokyo.
Since then, we have been good friends for almost ten years though our age and sex are different.
One of our lovely friend, who lives in Lecce in the south of Italy now, came back to Japan with her husband and a cute baby to celebrate Japanese new year with her father.
Then, we gathered in her father's house in the weekend.
Her father is also a very nice guy.
We really enjoyed the happy time together.
The photograph is the dish of Lecce that her husband made for us.
It was so delicious and heartful.

HOBONICHI TECHO 2011

I got HOBONICHI TECHO notebook this year, too.

It arrived by being packed treasurely like this.

Tada!

It is the set.

I selected mina perhonen version for the next year.
This is the 2011 limited edition collaborated with Japanese designer Akira Minagawa.
He provides the design of his pattern for LIBERTY 2011 Autumn-Winter collection to HOBONICHI TECHO.
This pattern is "sleeping rose".
You can buy it only web of Hobonichi Store.

How delicate it is!
He wrote one of each with his hand.

This is the inside.

I also got another one because both are so pretty.
This pattern is "memories of rain".

The inside is a bright yellow.
I'll use it in the next summer.

This is my HOBONICHI TECHO 2010.
I customized it with the seal of TARTINE BAKERY which is my favorite bakery in San Francisco.

Usually, I use it with the cover of HOBONICHI.

The seal is from DEMEL which is one of my favorite sweets shop in Wien.
You know, I'm a sweets lover.
fufufu......

Nostalgic taste

満願堂(Mangando) is the Japanese-style confection that uses the potatoes in Asakusa Tokyo.
I bought it at the branch in Daimaru department store this time.

You know, Japanese package is always very beautiful.
It is very simple, however, very lovely.

Tada!

It is sweet.
However, not too much.
Just gentle and simple sweet.
It is very good for Japanese tea.
