I found "YOSHINOYA"

YOSHINOYA, established in 1899, is the largest chain among beef bowl restaurants and one of the leading fast food chains in Japan.

It is an early, cheap, delicious restaurant of popular in schoolboys and young businessmen in Japan.

The friend from mainland China said that it was a restaurant in their place that young people often used for the date.

YOSHINOYA seems to have the branch in many parts of the world now.

I can speak Mandarin

We came to Central to go to dinner with Canadian's friend.
After his work had ended, we met in front of SHANGHAI TANG.
Though it is possible to buy even in Tokyo now, I like this head store that exist in Central.

Because it is the last dinner in Hong Kong, we wanted to go to a fancy restaurant somewhere.
However, our stomach was unfortunately full.
And, we decided that we just enjoyed the atmosphere of the local in a popular restaurant.

The inside of a store like a so-called family restaurant, and it is considerably casual.

The curry of a Malaysian style seems to be a popular menu of the restaurant.

Here is a fried rice on which the abalone source is put.

It was the most interesting in this restaurant that there was a waitress who had worn the sash "I can speak Mandarin" to the shoulder.
Surely, there might be a lot of tourists from mainland China that comes to this restaurant.

There seemed to be a lot of original goods of the restaurant for the souvenir though not bought by me.

When I come to Hong Kong, I always feel it marvelous.

Surprisingly, the work stand on the construction site consists of the bamboo.

It be only me that remembering slight uneasiness when passing through under the work stand which was made of the bamboo?

Interesting advertisements in Hong Kong

Pop advertisement.

The combination of the Chinese character and the alphabet is interesting.

Cartoon character "Doraemon" of Japan is in full activity.

Her tongue is Union Flag.
Because of Ex-mother country?

Advertisement of breast implant.

Look before you leap.

A good medicine tastes bitter.

It is a drink shop in front of the boarding of Star Ferry.
Various nutritional drinks of the Chinese style are sold.

I also drank by way of experiment.
A good medicine tastes bitter.

Retrospective shades

It is garbage collection boxes by type in front of the boarding of Star Ferry.
From the left, there are "Waste Paper", "Aluminium Cans", "Clear Plastic Bottles".
Retrospective shades are good.

General Post Office

General Post Office that exists in Central.

Such a cute poster is discovered.

The appearance at the window is almost the same in every countries.

There is a post-office box in the second floor.
The theme color of the post office in Hong Kong looks green.

This familiar sign is also here.

The Japanese castle

Here and there, these kind of things were found in the town.
Therefore, this shop seems to be very popular.
For you who do not exist in the cultural area of the Chinese character, the name of this shop is written, "Japanese castle".
Though it looks a usual general shop, why is it "Japanese castle"?

Fire station in downtown

The fire station in downtown is very compactly made.

I witnessed the moment of the garage putting of the fire engine by chance.
It was quite interesting.

Reunion with friend from the United States

We met the friend who had returned home from the United States temporarily.
She is a person like a lovely elder sister for me.
Though she is originally from Hong Kong, she lives in the United States for the education of her daughter of the United States birth now.
She temporarily returns to Hong Kong with her daughter during summer vacation every year.

She said they would stay in Hong Kong only by one week this time, because they should go to mainland China for the visa update by the daughter's going on to high school.
And, we actually came to Hong Kong to meet her this time.

We were very pleased with reunion.
Her wise daughter and her two best friends participated together this time.
Best friends of her whom I had met for the first time were the awfully nice persons.

She invited us to a favorite dim sum restaurant.
It is restaurant Hak Ka Hut of popular in the Hong Kong people of full of the reservation even on the weekday.
Though we avoided time when the lunch time was the most crowded, there were a lot of people of order waiting in front of the restaurant.
We were guided to the table at once thanks to her reservation.

She kindly explained each dish of the menu to me.

All those dim sum were very delicious.

Look, this mango puddings have carp's shapes.

Mango Cream with Sago and Pomelo is a dessert that cannot be lacked.

Our story was exhaustless indefinitely.
Thank you for very happy time and a delicious lunch.
I am looking forward to the next reunion.
